FinsightCFO is a financial report service, not self-serve software. You submit your financial files, our team reviews and analyzes them with the help of AI-assisted tools, and we deliver a completed report to you by email. We do not provide a live dashboard, and we do not connect to or sync with your bank or accounting accounts.
FinsightCFO provides business financial analysis and reporting for informational purposes only. Our reports and any related communications do not constitute and should not be relied upon as financial, investment, accounting, tax, bookkeeping, or legal advice of any kind.
FinsightCFO and its founders are not licensed financial advisors, registered investment advisors, CPAs, accountants, attorneys, or any other type of licensed professional. Fees, scope, and turnaround times are confirmed with you before work begins. Monthly subscriptions continue until cancelled; you can cancel by emailing us before your next billing cycle.
The reports we deliver are for your business's use. The FinsightCFO name, branding, website, and report templates remain our property.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FinsightCFO, its founders, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or financial losses, arising from your use of our service, your reliance on our reports, or any errors or omissions in our analysis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to our service is limited to the total amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that FinsightCFO's reports are one input among many you should consider, and that you assume full responsibility for any decisions made in reliance on them.
Either party may end the engagement at any time. For ongoing subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
